1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The product does not match its description.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Attach photos (if damaged/defective)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Approved: Refund issued via original payment method
  • Denied: You’ll be notified with reasons

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect.

4. Shipping for Returns

Return shipping may be:

  • Free if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Paid by customer for change-of-mind returns

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for the desired product.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, follow the return process.
